A New Beginning…

For the longest time, I have wanted to be the person in charge of my own educational destiny. I love the work that I do for my day job at Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming BOCES in Olean, New York as a Staff Specialist for Professional Development with a focus on Technology Integration. Honestly, there is probably no better singular job or role for me than this one. However, I also enjoy having some freedom outside of what the job entails; and presenting and sharing what I want, that knows no limits, no bounds, no endpoints in mind appeals to me, as well. This website refresh, with a new design, a more streamlined blog, links to my resources and more is a major part of that. I want to help support educators worldwide, not just in our little region of New York. I want to share thoughts, ideas, resources, suggestions and so much more with the world. I want to be available to work with whomever wants to bring a charismatic, energetic and passionate educator into their spaces to work with their staff and discuss thoughtful technology integration, with a defined purpose, or discuss the many benefits of a Genius Hour program starting in your school. This creative outlet will hopefully allow me the reach that I want, supporting any and all educators in day-to-day and long-term planning over the course of the school years to come. I am hopeful you will stay along for the ride with me, and share in the learning and the journey ahead.
